Please advise how much i owe you as policy lapsed

Hi,<br> <br> Please advise if I am owing you guys any amount as I am sure this policy would have lapsed but on my credit profile it still shows as an open/ current account. How can I get this resolved so I can get a paid up letter and close this account so that it improves my credit profile.<br> <br> Thank you
