Pleasant time at the Retention Dept.
Just chatted to Sam M at the Retention Department about a Rerate of my monthly premium. Stunning lady, we had a great chat. I appreciated the interaction more then she knew. Got a better rate and was very satisfied. Well done, Sam and Outsurance.
