<p>Oh my word, I contacted you Bayanda Khosi (my hero), and explained I needed to travel out of the country with my vehicle, requesting a letter from you for proof of cover - URGENTLY! With my previous insurance this took forever so I was not hopeful......... You were polite, helpful, happy, super smart etc etc. You assured me I would have the letter immediately - still doubtful I waited - I think it took 1 (one) minute for my letter to arrive. If I had a platinum service award for excellent service it would be YOURS! Thank you soooooooooo much</p>
