Pirate parts used on a vehicle with full warranty from volkswagen

I have been insured with outsurance for 7 years. I had an accident and my vehicle was in repairs for 6 weeks. During the duration I informed them that my vehicle was to be fixed with genuine parts so that I can still be covered with my maitanace plan from Volkswagen. When I received my vehicle from a service provider /panelbeater Saturn autobody I was told that my vehicle was fixed with parts that are not genuine but Volkswagen approved. Immediately I took my car to volkswagen and they confirmed that the parts on my vehicle are not genuine and the warranty won't cover me should anything happen. I immediately phoned outsurance and informed them. Till today they are regiving me the run around to replace the parts on my vehicle with genuine parts. What do I do Mxim.... To think I have more than 1 vehicle with them.
