PhotoStaa no stars at all.

More than two weeks have passed since Outsurance authorised PhotoStaa to replace my ****** goods. I've called on no less than 15 occasions to expedite the delivery of goods, despite their promises to contact me with information, and today, I've wasted another day waiting for them to deliver, with no contact to tell me that they won't be coming. Some of the items I need for work and it's been two months since the theft with no relief from the company that promises the opposite. If this company is the sort of business that Outsurance wants to represent them, I'm going to have to seriously reconsider my patronage to the company. This despite assurances from Outsurance representatives that they would get on it, it seems PhotoStaa just don't care. (And considering their job is merely to replace ****** goods, it's like shooting fish in a barrel, how can you mess that up)
