Phone Records dololo

I took up household insurance with OUTsurance,

MY TV broke - I put in a claim which was declined, the reason for my claim was not covered and that was stated when I took the cover telephonically and they said they will send me a recording of the telephone conversation.

It has been over a month waiting for their IT department to send me the link. I have sent 2 follow up emails - nada response
