Recently had a cracked windscreen called OUTsurance help desc a very polite and well spoken Lady cant remember her name and she addressed my claim within a matter of minutes. She informed me PG Glass would contact me shortly which they did and informed me my new windscreen has been ordered and would contact me for an appointment to fit the new windshield. I have been with OUTsurance for many years when forwarding my claims the response has always been immediately, what a pleasure to have OUTsurance as my insurance thank you again OUTsurance.
