I received a very good service from Brownie Fakude in the client care department @ Outsurance this morning regarding our policy. We stayed for almost an hour on the call while she explained everything to me thoroughly. She was patient & kind and managed to provide a great solution to my issue. She effortlessly returned my call as she had promised. Her tone and service were exceptional and I really appreciate this. Thank you Brownie.
