Phenomenal service

I had an accident and outsurance managed my claim in super quick time. Some time after i received my car back from the panel beater i realised that some key parts had not been replaced nor had they been fixed. Joanne Ekron at Outsurance talked me through the process; and helped me to get an objective report to assess whether this was in fact linked to the accident; and then assisted me to get the car back to the panelbeater to have it fixed - she made bookings and all the calls until I was happy with the outcome. She communicated with me and them constantly and checked off the snag list herself before she authorised that the car was returned to me. Exceptional; measured and expert assistance. Based on my experience with her it would be very difficult for any other insurer to get me as a client.
