I phone all the major pet insurance companies in South Africa where all bar one passed the test. Some came with ridiculous quotes for my pet to insure for the package I want. The last company in-line was OUTsurance. They trumped all. From the call centre to every knowledgeable person who listened to my needs. Their quote was by far the cheapest for the same deal
