Pet Outsurance - what a farce

pet outsurance is a **** and has blatantly mislead me as a client - promising the world during the sign up phase, promising access to funds BUT when it has come to claim time, their advisors throw every lie and trick in the book NOT to honour a claim. Favourable quotes and commitments from the original sales agent for having my pets microchipped [and eventually sterilised] is a complete farce - lies, lies, lies. outsurance IF that is how you treat my pets - I pray to God that I never have to claim for something more serious. You have gone to show that you are nothing more than a greedy ********* corporate monster. You have lost faith in you and my future business. *****.
