Pet insurance worth every cent

7 days after taking out pet insurance I had to put in a claim for accidental cover as my cat accidentally got poisoned. I phoned to get more information and spoke to Neliswe Shezi who was super friendly and assisted me all the way making me feel at easy and told me they are here to help me. Neliswe kept me informed all the way and I could not have asked for better service. She deserves more than 5 stars. Outsurance did not just pay out my claim, they were even compassionate about my cat’s well being and asked if there was followup costs. Both Neliswe and outsurance exceeded my expectations.
