Pet insurance review:

I submitted two claims - one was covered and one was not due to my reaching my claim limit for the year. Jarryd and Thando handled the claims and Thando wrapped up both efficiently, explaining why the 2nd claim was not covered. I do find the process of submitting claims a bit of a process - you have to include invoice, POP and a filled in, signed and stamped form from the Vet which is time consuming. A Competitor's claim process is much simpler - you just fill it in online and send invoice. However, I have always had great service from Outsurance and will most likely continue with them.
