Pet Insurance: I went onto the app and lodged my claim late 31st December, was not expecting to get a response on New year's being a public holiday, but received an email, submitted the required documents and by 3rd January my claim was settled. I cannot put in words how awesome their service and the process was, they just know what they are doing and how to deal with clients! They are amazing and can recommend the pet products to absolutely anyone 💪🏻
