Pet Insurance- Got back about 90% of my claim - very happy 😊

I have my dogs on the Out Surance Pet Insurance. I submitted a claim for my pet - Lucy - who suffers very badly from allergies, which has been an ongoing problem for her. Submitting a claim is very quick and easy, it's done through the app on your phone and you don't need to scan documents you can just take a photo with your phone. I was assisted by MICAELA VAN DEN HEEVER, who was very helpful. Most insurance companies try all sorts to find an excuse not to pay you out but to my surprise Micaela went out of her way to try and get as much money refunded as possible. All in all I got back about 90%, which I am very happy with. Thank you very much Out Surance and MICAELA VAN DEN HEEVER. I have been with Out Surance now since 2007 and am very happy with their service.
