Pet insurance claim was the easiest thing to do

I have had such a seamless claim with Outsurance. I needed to claim from my pet insurance and it was the easiest claim I have ever made. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. The agent that I dealt with and who I would like to give a massive shout out to is Thando Sotshongani. Always friendly, kind and asking how my pet was doing. She followed up everyday to help get the paperwork from the vet and to let me know where we were with the claim. Honestly an absolute pleasure to deal with, thank you :)
