Pet Emergency

I'm absolutely blown away by Outsurance's service. This is my first claim with them, and it was a biggie! 💚 They have been in touch with me every day since I reported the incident with Badger. Not only to update and complete admin, but also called to find out how his recovery is going. 💜 I sent off the last of the invoices yesterday evening at 17:35. When I told them that I still need to get the Dr's Clinical report and signature, they told me: "Oh, don't worry about that, we've sorted it all out with the Vet, directly- We just need the final invoice that you paid on discharge." 💚 I woke up this morning to an email informing me that a deposit, (to the full amount), has been made into my account. 💜 They have been empathic, efficient and effective. To say I am impressed is truly an understatement. 💚 I am so grateful for the service, and the peace of mind that they have provided throughout this ordeal. Thank you OUTsurance!🙏🏼
