PET CLAIM

This is regarding the pet product which I have with outsurance. I logged the claim with them which suppose to be simple but they delay and make up every excuse not to pay from the correct benefit.

I noticed a swelling on the side of my dogs face and it got enlarged through the day, I have no idea how this formed and neither does the vet because it ruptured or burst on its own.

I woke up to see the swelling burst and he was covered in blood.

It is an opened wound because of the rupture or burst. That's why the vet gave him anti inflammatory and anti biotic to avoid infection.

Outsurance says it's an accident and according to the policy documents I reviewed it should be covered under the vet visit but the refuse to do so.

I have escalated this so many times and still no manager has called. I keep asking for a proper escalation process and no response.

I ask for intervention before I take this to the FAIS OMBUD.
