Pertethic services

We have been insured with Outaurance for over 10 years and never claimed for anything. Until the 14th of August when we was involved in an accident. Our car was towed to Auction Yard and then to Dent Doctor randburg for fixing. The Outaurance Assessor under quoted for our vehicle damages. Then we told by Dent Doctor that they had issues with parts. We had to pay for access and for vehicle hire.

In the interim they did not communicate with us. We had to keep calling then for updates and went twice to Dent Doctor for updates on our vehicle. The latest is that we have to return the hired vehicle and there are no exceptions. Outaurance failed to explain why or who is at fault. Now we have to return the car and have other means of transportation.
