Personnel that feels like an old friend

<p>I contacted outsurance this afternoon to get a quote for vehicle insurance. The lady that assisted me was so cheerful and we actually had a chat, rather than this experience where it feels as if the person is trying to get your information out of you as quickly as possible so that they can move on to the next client. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the end they gave me the best quote with comprehensive coverage and I believe I can't be more satisfied. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for being amazing</p>
