Persistence does pay off

Well...I am the proverbial procrastinator....Kenny kept at it...not pushy but persistent. Gave me a deal that I could stomach and was polite, witty and easy going. Called me back when he said he would and stayed beyond going home time....and clinched the deal. I'm happy for now!!! I hate insurers and pushy sales type...Kenny has the balance...well done
