<p>Insurance is not something that any of us wake up wanting to buy. Let's face it, it's a grudge purchase and we hate having to pay it, but three weeks ago I was so grateful that I had it! From the moment I called Outsurance & spoke with Isabel Mpedi to tell her that I'd been in an accident, until 5 seconds ago when Anneke Visser called to inform me that they had successfully claimed back the excess I'd paid to the panelbeater (from the third party), I've had nothing but friendly and professional service.
