Pension claim pain!
<p>My beloved sister is late. As if that is not bad enough the pension claim process is so painful!</p> <p> </p> <p>Outsurance/ Youi is blaming their third . It's all good and well when you are alive and making the companies money but the minute you are gone their true colours emerge! </p> <p> </p> <p>Shame on Metropolitan! Shame on Outsurance! Shame on Youi!</p> <p> </p>

Not good enough. Deadline that your organization committed to was Friday. Then Monday now you saying as soon as possible. Not acceptable.
