Penality after a power surge claim
Once again after a claim which was accepted and resolved they are threatening me with a 7000 excss because I have had several calims for power surges...several as in 1 this year and last year. I have written to the ombudsman and refuse yo accept this. Its not the publics fault if there are power surges due to Eskoms incompetence. When I claimed the consultant did not know that or didnt want to say anything. I will not be ****ed by them.
