Peace of mind

I would like to thank Outsurance for the manner in which they handled our latest claim. My husband had a terrible car accident which left him badly injured and his car a write off. Everyone we spoke to at Outsurance always asked after the well being of my husband and wished him a speedy recovery, there concern and well wishes seemed very genuine. We eventually got handed over to a claims assessor in Cape Town by the name of Henry Nel. His efficiency and manner in which he dealt with us was impeccable, really making it a far more pleasant experience for a situation one would rather never had to deal with, he really went the extra mile to make it as hassle free as possible for us, including coming to our home to collect spare keys and filing out the paper work, he called regularly with updates and made sure he dealt with our claim in the most efficient yet thorough way possible. Since then we have had additional calls from call centers to update us on payment and policy changes - great work, so amazing to see a company that still takes pride in what they do and do it well!
