Payout of R1 500 is false advertising and a hoax
They advertise that if you they can't offer you a lower premium than your existing insurer and you have been claim free for 3 years they will pay you R1500. So they could not offer a lower premium in Feb 2024 so they sent me a link to claim the R1500, I gave up as the link kept on taking me to the beginning and tried to call CallCentre, no joy either. So eventually did not get the money so it is false advertising and a hoax!!!!
