Payout of Excess

<p>In 2014 someone drove into the back of my car. I was crushed, as it was brand new and not a scratch on it. What a headache! The guy said he did not have insurance and I alone was resposible for his irresponsibility. Outsurance told me that I had to pay the excess and that they will take the case further and would pay me the amount back when they are able to get it back. On Friday, 18 Nov 2016, Erica contacted me with the good news that they have recovered my excess, and the money will be in my bank account within 3 working days. Today is Monday, 21 Nov 2016 and the money is already reflecting. I honestly gave up hope, and put it behind me. Outsurance has really impressed me. Thank you for being diligent and not forgetting even the small customers.</p>
