Looking for every reason not to pay out.they refuse to pay out after an accident for the smallest of reasons yet and when requesting for the recording of the sales call we haven't recieved it .

We are not at all insensitive to the financial loss you incurred.
Since the matter is with the Ombudsman, we can no longer be involved in the matter.
We will await the ruling of the Ombudsman's offices who will keep you updated.
