Paying too much for outsurance
Outsurance can you please email me as I would like to change my date of deduction to 4th of the new month.
Also review my current insurance amount, as it should be lowered.
I am ONLY contactable on email. DO NOT CALL ME.

On 21 December 2023, Lesego mailed me to confirm and advise that as per my request Outsurance would make deductions on my account on the 4th of each month.
IMAGINE my surprise when on the 3rd January I receive a text indicating that my insurance was deducted on that day (3rd January 2024).
Then on the 4th January I receive an email saying that Outsurance will be deducting my insurance on the 16th January.
Can outsurance PLEASE get their stuff right???
I specifically asked for my deduction to go off on the 4th of each month. Why is it being deducted on the 3rd?????
I also asked to have my outsurance decreased.
Please look into my requests urgently.
