Paying Premiums for repair jobs

My car had been sent in for repairs to rear bumper, rim and tail light and I was not happy with the fact that I pay R1739.00 in premiums and all were repair jobs, I did complain to Dylan Reddy and Koketso but they assured me that it wouldn't be noticed. Today I got a call from Commercial Panel beaters in PMBurg and was told that my car was ready, so before collection I went to inspect it.(I took photos of it)<br> Firslty the colour of the bumper compared to the rest of the panels is different colour<br> Secondly the driver side mirror is cracked(was never there when I dropped the car off)<br> Thirdly my rear rim centre cap is missing(was there when I dropped the car off)<br> Is this the standard of job that I am paying for?? Come on guys check my history, I am an old customer of Outsurance so I would appreciate if you can rectify this issue as I am very unhappy to remove my car from the panel shop until it is 100%
