paying for a vehicle in never bought

<p>I recently called outsurance for a vehicle quote, I wanted to get my ducks in a row before buying the vehicle to see what the insurance price could be</p> <p>the consultant asked me all my details which included my bank details I explained to her I don't have the vehicle I was Inot the market testing the waters </p> <p>she assured me that it is just a quote a couple days later the amount of 2900 was taken from my bank account by outsurance, I had to contact them and told them it is a mistake, I had to wait a week before they returned my money</p> <p>less then a month later the same had to phone them and explained my whole story and was told by outsurance themselves that it is ******* to insurance on a vehicle you don't have and they will correct there mistake </p> <p>a month later tonight the same so now I am gonna claim for the vehicle as it is fair they take my money for fresh air people watch out for outsurance they are not fair in there practice</p>
