Payback the money Outsurance

I am waiting for my money from Outsurance. I cancelled my policy on the 26th of July 2025 and Outsurance is still taking money from my account every month. I called another 3 times post the cancellation and all 3 times they mentioned that I will receive my money within 48 hours. It is now the 17th of October 2025 and I am still awaiting my refund. This is highly unprofessional since I have been a loyal customer. I honestly don't understand how they can have a rating of 4.8 on Hellopeter when they are such ******! Payback the money!
