Pay less for insurance or get R400 cash

I've recently purchased a vehicle and requested quotes from the relevant insurance companies. Dial Direct gave me the best possible quote and I've insured my vehicle with them. However during this time, Outsurance personnel had called me on numerous occassions and requested that I insure my vehicle with them. They were not able to to match or even beat what I am paying at Dial Direct. Long story short, they called me several times during one week and when they had realised that they could not beat or even match my current insurance premium, they did not give me the R400 that they claim to offer!!!!
