Pay and then No service for claims.
I have a serious experience with Outsurance and I wouldn't advise anyone to insure with them or investigate their operation. My house is insured with them and they currently rejecting my claims based on their terms and conditions.
Question is did they discuss this problem or investigate, yet come to inspect the are we stay in before they partnered with FNB Home Loans, because the matter or problem of soil moving is not my problem, I'm not an engineer or land surveyor.
They have a serious bad service, and I'm so not happy.

We are not at all insensitive to the financial loss you have to incur after your claim has been rejected.
The reason for the rejection was discussed and we confirmed the damage was not caused by an insurer peril.
You have subsequently referred the matter to the office of the Ombudsman for short term insurance who ruled in our favour and our decision to reject remains unchanged.
