Paul Tjege

Paul contacted me in order to try and get me to convert my insurance from one insurance company to Outsurance. Normally this is a painful experience as avoid these calls.

I would like to commend Paul Tjege on his patience and friendly manner. I needed to get some information in order to get the best possible deal and he followed up and was patient without being forceful.

Unfortunately I was not able to change my insurance due to personal reasons but would have liked to have given my business to Outsurance as Paul listened to my requirements and when I did say no, did not try and force me to do what I could not do and this I appreciated.

Outsurance must be very glad you have Paul Tjege as one of there members of staff and should be commended on excellent service rendered.
