Patio Roof Repair - Almost 3 months now and the job is not complete yet!
<p>I am utterly disgusted at the way my claim has been handled to date. I reported and made a claim for damages to my patio roof very early in November 2016. I had to call Vel Rogers, who was handling claim, a few times before someone was finally sent out. I was told by the contractor (Home Building Projects CC) that work would be complete in early January 2016 due to difficulty in sourcing certain items but to date neither Outsurance nor the contractor have called me to find out what's going on. Very unprofessional indeed.</p>
