Patience on Multiple issues incl fee recalc

We had 4 queries / rebrokes that bounced via email (guess all OT is by phone only) that we then phoned in about and obtained clear answers: on a query about vehicle relocating with new switch of nominated to regular driver, supervisor was able to give a fair recalc.
