Patience is not simply the ability to wait - it's how we behave while we're waiting.

So on the 28/8/2018 I had a small accident whereby a uber/taxify car drove into my vehicle. Although it took a week to finalize the claim, I am glad it's finally over. The only thing OUTsurance needs to change is their assessors as they kept saying they can't find my car ?.

OUTsurance did and excellent job as well as the towing company called sheriff's towing

Sasha did an amazing job on handling this claim as well as anwar who also assisted me with queries whilst Sasha was unavailable.
