Patience is a virtue

After phoning the call centre to get a quote, I want to comment Renier on his patience. I didn't want to take the insurance straight away as I wanted to get a few quotes first so that I could make an informed decision. I understand that they have targets to meet, but I didn't want to jump into something without doing my homework. After putting Renier off a number of times, I eventually did take the insurance out with Outsurance. Thanks for being so patient and understanding and not pushing me to make a decision.
