Pathetic when it comes to claims

I have never ever had such a bad service from an insurance , you guys are quick to take pro-rata from my account and then come stories not to do what was paid for. I submitted a claim for windscreen chip and wow what a wow u guys are not covering cause the car never went for a assessment, you guys took the pro-rata without thinking twice you got your full payment without no issues, i want my pro-rata back seeing that you are not covering me for the chip in the windscreen and as we speaking im busy looking for another insurance i have had it with Outsurance, The other day it was a issue with the decoder now its the chip like why do I even pay you guys its like paying an investment that's never going to mature in anyway.
