Pathetic unreliable insurance
My vehicle was ****** in Unhlanga buisness centre a year ago. The vehicle was insured by Outsurance. They did not pay me out for the loss of the vehicle stating due to disonesty they were not able to locate the vehicle on the CCTV monitors where is was parked on the side of a buisness. Their Assessor arranged to meet with me on this site however he visited the CCTV operations room before the arranged visit on site with me. It can clearly be seen that this was pre arranged on the photo provided that he look directly at the camera to ensure it focus on us. The CCTV camera swivel 180 deg. It is not my problem that the camera did not focus on my vehicle at the time is was driven to the side parking where the camera is not able to pick ul the parking area. From above experiences with Outsurance it is clear they go our their way to find any small item NPT to pay out.
