pathetic sevice from service provider AUTOMATION GALORE

I lodged a claim with OUTSURANCE. The claim was approved and the job given to a company contracted to OUTSURANCE called AUTOMATION GALORE. It is now approximately 5 days and the job has not even started even though approval was given the ffg day. Numerous attempts to contact AUTOMATION GALORE has failed. As such OUTSURANCE was called but all they do is transfer me to AUTOMATION GALORE who suddenly takes OUTSURANCE call and they give me empty promises. Find this totally unacceptable.
