PATHETIC SERVICE! ******* & ********** COMPANY!
I called Outsurance CLAIMS department this morning because my phone was ****** last night out of my bag. I spoke to Keneilwe and to my shocking surprise they want to pay me what their service provider says about the galaxy S7 and retail cost of it. Then why have I been blady paying an additional premium to cover my phone at R16.5k. You people are really ripping me off and I know people who got their full amount from their cellphone and now this happens and i get pathetic customer service. Alot of people says that Outsurance is the worse insurance ever and i actually believe why they would say that. I had to get a sim swop and still no reply from them with regards to how much they paying me. They quick to debit off money from your account but when its time to claim they give you an option. Either you loose your bonus or you claim. Clearly i dont want my bonus if i need a phone. I've been going back and forth with Outsurance and i had problems with my motor claim also. The panelbeaters who were on Outsurance list gave me a messed up car back. Still to no available no response regarding my phone. I'm taking this further. I'm going to the newspapers and going to expose you all. If i have to take this to my lawyers,i will do that as well.
Hello yumnahisaacs25
Thank you for your feedback, which is also concerning.
Our claims manager, Shelton contacted you and explained our settlement on the ring. The responsibility of the insurer is to place clients back in the position they were prior to the loss. We also send our clients a rerate schedule annually and it remains the client's responsibility to inform us of changes to insured values.
Lelanie confirmed the vehicle claim has been concluded and discussed this with your husband again today. We are sorry about the initial poor workmanship and accompanied frustration you experienced as a result.
