PATHETIC SERVICE REGARDING A CLAIM

I have vehicle insurance with Outsurance from date of purchase,in 2006, I added another vehicle on in 2011, & have paid timeously each month, on 25th March, my son was involved in an accident, which i reported, as 2 vehicles knocked into my car from behind. I contacted Outsurance, & was advised to take the vehicle to their own assessment centre which I did, on the 26th, I received a call from Namile at OT, saying due to the age of the vehicle, 9 yrs, it would be written off, to which I objected as the damage was no so severe & the vehicle was driveable. Today the 27th I receive an email stating that the claim was rejected, & the book value is R50k as per Trans Union, which is the only company OT uses, i insisted this was not correct as the value is R84k, i was offered a payout of R10k for this vehicle, for which I have pd the insurance for 9 yrs, I advised that I will get back to them, now, at approximately 13h00 i receive a call from Marcel advising that this vehicle will be removed from my policy, as it is no longer insurable??? Seriously, *** - i get offered a payout of R10k, for something valued R84k - I get told not to report it to HP - by Thapelo, i am appalled at this
