Pathetic Service recieved from Outsurance

I registered online for a quote. I shared my details which makes reference to being insured with a major service provider for more than 25 years. I have 3 vehicles insured with them with no claims for more 10 years. Now that I purchased another vehicle, I was exploring opportunities for a better rate, customer service ,same / better benefits. The agent gave me a cost which was far more that what I was currently paying. He then referred me to his supervisor whom was extremely rude and told me there's nothing more they could do. I tried to pursue the conservation with hope that she would seek review from her manager. She then made a mockery of me by laughing and said "you wanted your R500, why didn't you ask from the beginning. I will send you a link". I told her it had nothing to do with the R500. She then cut the call on me. This is the first and last time I will ever consider making contact with this company. They employ people whom have no respect,. ethics nor professionalism when dealing with potential customers. They can take their R500 and do what's best.
