Pathetic Service , moving to another insurance company

Absolutely disgusted with Outsurance Home Insurance, with last weeks Heavy rains and Storms in the Western Cape our roof started leaking quite badly i called in and submited a claim , they appointed a building contractor to come out and assessed and took photos off the roof top which has massive Holes in it which he mentioned was caused by storm, then two days later the Assessor from Outsurance tells me straight up they will not cover this claim as it is wear and tear damage! Holes in roof and lifted sheets and *****s cause by wear and tear!!!! Apparently you always get something out with Outsurance which is true because they take my insurance premiums out my bank account every month but when you need them most and if your claim is quite substantial they will use anything to not cover the claim. I would not advise home insurance with them at all as i am not the first person i know of which this has happened to. In the process of canceling home and vehicle insurance with them now
