Pathetic service from OUTsurance

When you claim, expect to be treated like a ********. This a third claims where I am treated like nothing.

I paid replacement cost for a cell phone with the understanding that it will be R18 000. Now they only replace R11 000.

OUTsurance are ******, provide poor customer service and have rude staff.

Take you business elsewhere.
