Pathetic Service From Outsurance

During the recent storms our home was damaged, hence this was reported to Outsurance. An assessor did come through and after some time called to advise the claim was rejected due to some ridiculous uneducated reason. I requested a manager call me which never did happen. I followed up many times, and still to date have no response. Newly fitted built ins together with other items have been damaged. We have a small child in the house whom is susceptible to this environment whilst we wait months on end for a manager from Outsurance to get back to us. We have been with Outsurance for 17 years and have only claimed twice, this been the 2nd and have received such pathetic service. After the type of service we have received we will be moving our insurance to another company and DO NOT recommend Outsurance after our ordeal!
