Pathetic service from outsurance

Worst insurance to ever deal with. They incorrectly debited my account without my authorisation. Was refunded after many days after me chasing it up and put me through a lot of inconviences. Then when I cancelled my policy, I haven't heard anything about my reimbur*****t of a portion of my premium . Everyday I call, I have to speak to someone new and keep repeating myself. Everyday a consultant promises to call and no one does. Pathetic, unprofessional service. But when they want the sale, they will phone you many times . You have no respect for your clients outsurance. Disgusting treatment yet you boast to the best.
