Pathetic service from outsurance
Im so fed up with outsurance, i had a towing claim and i was told i will be paid out within 48 to 72 hrs, and that was last month and still no feedback. NOW , i met with an accident, on taking the cover i was told i would get a courtesy car, only to be told that im not covered for it. Is this how outsurance get pple to take insurance. Completely ****ed off
